Why Affirmations Are Important For Financial Empowerment

Affirmations are self-talk statements & better presented to the subconscious. These fresh images are viewed as "credible" by the subconscious & are placed in the area of subconscious having to do with the power to enhance the ability to employ particular powerful memories with less work. Through this special imagery a person can develop the inner tools for thinking about money differently, letting the memories and images be transported to the here and now where they're used for enhancing the way you view money which is crucial for financial empowerment.

Oftentimes individuals believe these good and beneficial self talk memories are a false belief and don't exist, but the subconscious recognizes where they're located and will direct them frontwards for increased success in finances and life.

These forms of affirmation/suggestions pioneer fresh neural tracts in the mind, enhancing the ability to "play" these fresh powerful images. Stale images related to negativity, weaknesses, deficiency of initiative, frail goal images and the ability to develop and work a financial action plan are decreased. When the mind discovers hear new self-talk affirmations the subconscious sees them as "tangible."

You've likely observed a common element in those who are wealthy, in finances and in life. These winners and successful individuals tend to be enthusiastic and zealous, in all aspects of their lives. This exuberance is infectious, and it tends to rub off on all those persons with whom the successful individual interacts. A positive attitude, and the might to turn that attitude into results is crucial to drawing in new opportunities, acquiring the best from financial decisions, and working with goal setting, both in business and life.

As you're able to see, a positive attitude is a valuable asset, regardless what your place in the financial world. This means that you ought to assume the habit of exercising regular positive affirmations. Making positive affirmations a part of your daily function is a great way to alter your thoughts and help yourself be more financially successful.

It's never too early or too late to begin this cycle of positive affirmations, and even those just beginning a financial plan may benefit from a positive attitude. Even if your position seems insignificant and you are not yet wealthy, it's crucial to display a positive attitude, and not let negativeness sneak in to steal your enthusiasm. Remember that some of the most wealthy people and business owners began at the bottom and worked their way up. It truly is possible to work your way up from a small bank account to being wealthy, but without positive affirmations and a victorious attitude, this move won't be possible.

Steady positive affirmations are extremely crucial for those people who want to achieve financial empowerment. Gaining wealth is never simple, but it's crucial to remember that those around you, from people you associate with to clients to competitors, feel your attitude, and utilize at as a cue. If you're constantly complaining about lack of money and the deficiency in knowing how to be wealthy, the people around you will be less than invigorated. If, on the other hand, you're constantly supplying positive affirmations to yourself and the people around you, even in the hardest of times, they'll see your exuberance, learn from it, and utilize it as a cue to work harder and help develop your wealth. It truly does all come down to attitude; a positive attitude and positive affirmations can help your financial empowerment in ways too many to mention here.

3 Key Ways to Promote Your Ebook

You have written a darn good eBook – but now what? How are you going to get it to market and start to make some money off your creation. There are plenty of things you can and should do to assist in marketing your eBook, but right now we are going to look at 3 key ways to promote your eBook.

The good news is that production your own eBook and never been easier. The bad news is promoting it has never been harder. There is so much noise and clutter online that it is hard to get noticed among the competition and everything else that is going on. So, if you have finished writing your eBook celebrate and then get to work promoting it. These 3 key ways will help a great deal!

#1 Create a Little Buzz
You need to create some buzz around the eBook you are bringing to market. Take it to social media. There is a huge social network out there. Learn how to build your brand, engage your viewers, and use Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Facebook effectively. It’s very important to the proper promoting of your eBook. You should start a few weeks before your book is actually finished. Let people know how its going, when they can expect your book to be on the market, where they might find it, etc. Make sure to be promoting your eBook 24/7.

#2 Get Some Pre Release Reviews
Reviews of your eBook are essential. Don’t wait until it’s on the market. Start early. Release your book to a handful of blogs, magazines, etc. ask them to read it and review it. You can do this through Net Galley while keeping your PDF file safe and secure, but accessible to the reviewers. Once your book is released encourage readers to leave reviews where ever possible – it might be on the site where you are selling your book, it might be on social media, it could be a blog – you get the idea.

#3 Make Sure You Have a Publication Date
Far too many authors, both of regular print books and eBooks use the day that they send the book live as their publication date. This can really make your launch frustrating. To give your book a much better start and a much better chance at being successful, your publication date should actually be about 6 weeks after your book goes live.

The Biggest Mistakes Made When Writing an E-book

While it might appear that writing an e-book is an easy undertaking, the reality is that the majority of e-books are awful – embarrassing if you will. That’s because most people who undertake writing an e-book haven’t any idea how to write anything and they don’t have the support of a publisher. We’re going to look at 4 of the biggest mistakes made when writing an e-book. Now you can avoid making these awful mistakes.

#1 Writing About a Topic You Know Little About
If you are looking to create a top-notch e-book – a premium e-book – you might be tempted to pick the current ‘hot topic’ because you believe that’s where you will be able to make the most money. When you are creating your sales page you might be tempted to do the same thing – create your pitch around a merging topic. This is especially a mistake made by those who are selling on Amazon because they think they have to be in one of the popular categories.

Instead write on a topic you know something about. Your e-book will be a better quality and you will save tons of time on the research. Plus, you will have an audience ready to go.

#2 Write an E-book on a Topic You Think Your Audience Needs
This is a common mistake. You recognize a topic that you think your readers need to know more about so you write the perfect e-book for them because you want to help them. Sounds smart but most times it backfires because what you thought they needed isn’t actually what they want.
Instead, run a survey and ask your followers and readers to pick from a list of e-book topics. This will tell you if you are guessing correct about what you think they need and if you are wrong you can adjust and write on something that they are looking for.

#3 You Think Like a Writer Rather than a Publisher
It takes more than deciding what you are going to write to be a successful writer. You need to be writer, publisher and marketer. Yet, most writers don’t think past what they are writing.
Start drafting your sales page before you even begin to write your e-book. Your sales page should make your e-book sound inviting, interesting and useful. You can use this pitch to drive your writing as well. Make sure that you are always wearing all three hats.

#4 Starting to Write – Leap Before You Plan
You have your topic and so you start writing. The trouble is you are going to find yourself in trouble before you know it because you lacked the planning stage.
Start by planning your e-book before you begin to write. Have a clear outline with each chapter title and then a breakdown of content.

Now that you are aware of these 4 big mistakes you are ready to avoid them right?

Writing a Quality Ebook That Sells

These days it’s pretty easy to be an author. No longer do you have to send off a manuscript to a publisher and hope they choose your book out of the thousands submitted yearly. Nope – you can write whatever you want and self publish it on many different sites, with Amazon being one of the most popular. But keep in mind being an author and publishing has become easy, but that does not mean you are going to sell your ebooks. So what can you do to make sure your ebook sells?

One of the things you should do is let who you are shine through. This will help you to add more depth to your ebook and not duplicate so much from others. We aren’t talking about plagiarizing, which is completely illegal and should never be done. But the reality is concepts can be similarly presented. The bottom line is that there are not many books being bought just so someone can be informed. You can do that for free thanks to the Internet.

To get a person to buy a book in addition to teaching them something you need to inspire, captivate, challenge and entertain them. They want to get their money’s worth and the want to make sure the book is worth reading.

You can do this by letting who you are shine through in the book. You can add your own quirkiness or your own sense of humor. You can share your personal opinions and ideas and you can allow your reader to feel like they are getting to know you and what you think.

Make sure you write enough so that your reader feels like they are getting enough material for their money. This does not mean that you should just write to fill the space. A good writer will be able to add value while ensuring they create an ebook that is long enough to tempt readers to make the purchase. You want your readers to be satisfied with your book and the information they are getting. They won’t be if you cut it too short, if you give them a little information on a subject or point but not enough to leave them feeling satisfied. This certainly is a balancing act and you’ll need to decide what the right balance is.

Bottom line – if you want your ebook to sell you need to be prepared to write something awesome!

What You Need to Know if You Are Writing an Ebook

Congratulations on writing your ebook. Please, don’t act like it isn’t a big deal, because it is. If this is your first ebook it’s pretty common to be uncomfortable about marketing your ebook, so a common mistake is to launch without any ‘fluff’ or ‘excitement.’ Don’t make this mistake!

Don’t just put a new link on your blog and a couple of short, low key posts on your Facebook profile. You can have written the best book on the market, but if you do not promote it properly sales will wither and die. Besides, really – if you are not willing to take the time to market your ebook once you have completed the hard work of writing it, you’ve wasted all that time and your effort is for nothing.

You should be proud of your accomplishment. You are right? Then start to act like what you’ve done matters to you. If you aren’t feeling proud about what you have written maybe it isn’t ready for the market. Maybe you need to go spend more time writing it.

Get busy mixing up your promotional marketing messages – there are all kinds of ways to promote your ebook including your blog, Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler, Google+, other social networking sites, email, and the list goes on. Take the time to seek out as many valuable sources as you can. If you are selling your ebook on Amazon, give it away for a period of time to create a buzz.

Do not ignore the power of the social market. Even when your readers know you already, it does not mean that they trust that this ebook is good. Only once that first review is in, they will begin to consider the idea that the ebook is good and the more reviews you have, the more confidence will be established about the quality of the ebook.

You can send out copies for review to bloggers that fit your niche before your book goes to market. That way you will already have some reviews when your ebook goes to market. Add a couple of these positive reviews to your sales page to really enjoy the benefits and if you can add a photo of the reviewers that will add additional credibility.

You’ve put a lot of time and effort into writing a quality ebook, give the marketing the attention it deserves so you can reap the benefits of your hard work.

Business Plan Basics

You may need a business plan to apply for bank loans or getting investors for financial support. Here are some tips on writing a business plan:

The Basics
1. Create a vision. Before you get lost in details, start out with a vision or a mission statement. A mission statement should include values and a future view of your business.
2. Make an executive summary. Executive summary summarizes the whole business plan. Executive summary is necessary, as it is important to gain the interest of the viewers to continue looking at your whole business plan.
3. Include a description of your targeted market and services. This is essential to allow viewers to get a clear picture of what you are trying to sell or service. State it clearly in your business plan.
4. Include an analysis of the business environment and background. Do not expect viewers to understand what you are dealing with, even if your business is not a new idea. You may also review it anytime in the future for further adjustments.
5. Include a marketing and operation plan. Say it in the report how you will run your business. Include every details of it. Be clear and make sure your reports are easy to view.
6. Analyze your business competition. Find out all the detailed information you can get from direct or indirect competitors. Read about them from business magazines, newspapers, or get
resources from trading associations. Understanding competition is crucial to make a perfect business plan.
7. Finance planning. There is no business without involving finance. Be sure of your business financial status, and make clear reports about it. Justify your figures because a slight mistake may ruin your business plan, or your reputation in front of the viewers.

The Executive Summary

Executive summary is an introduction or an overview of a business plan. Executive summary gives the impression of the overall business plan. A business plan begins with the table of contents, followed by an executive summary. Even so, an executive summary should be the last paper you write as it summarizes the business plan according to the outline. These are some tips for executive summary writing:

Piece One
• Remember that the executive summary is a summary. Try not to make it more than two pages. Make it about 2 - 4 sentences only for each business plan outline. Do not explain everything in detail because the executive summary is to draw viewer's attention to read more of the business plan.
• Use proper and formal language. Do not be long-winded, but be strong and positive on your executive summary. Avoid using “uncertain" words. Instead of writing' our business may be successful in this area ', for instance, it would be better if it is ' Our business will be successful in this area'.
• Include business name, location, selling products or services and plan purpose in the first part of the executive summary. The second part should include highlighted points of the business plan, or any important news that brings interest to the viewers, such as charts showing gross margin, expected sales and profits.
• Be very sure of the purpose of the plan; if the business plan is for investors, do mention in the executive summary about the opportunities or benefits of investing in the business, investment amount required and what can the investors get from the business in return.
Be in viewer's position to see if the executive summary is acceptable. Make sure it is smooth and fluent, and attracts attention. Find another person who knows nothing of the business plan to have a look at it and give comments. Add improvements before presenting it.

Successful Advertising Tips

If you are planning to advertise on your blog, as discussed earlier you can use Google's Adsense program. It's the biggest online market for internet bloggers and most individuals who advertise on a blog do very well from most forms. How come? Most of the time it's about market research. However if you would like to maximize your chances of advertising, with other forms i.e. individuals these eight tips below will help you.

1. Make sure your blog is generating traffic
This is the most crucial factor. If you want to advertise on a blog with success your blog has to have steady traffic and hits. You can monetise from the word go with Google's Adsense program, however it is a good idea to find out what your readership wants before you advertise to the world. This creates a good measure 'knowing your readers' and what they would like to buy.

2. Work on your trust rating
Each member on the internet has a trust rating, and most advertisers will check you out before placing their bids. In other words, the higher your trust rating, the higher the chances of advertising on your blog. As a result you should take all the actions to improve your trust and who you are. Advertise all social media accounts, display contact form and contact numbers. Displaying valuable content is essential for building trust and readership.

3. Don’t hype your description
If you want to sell advertising space on the your blog, the more hype you put in your blog description, the more people will think you're desperate to advertise and that your blog isn't a solid one. Examples of remarks you should avoid include: “Huge earnings potential!”, “A lifetime opportunity!”, “My loss is your gain!” etc etc.

Secondly, don’t hypothesize what the blog could be earning. Some people list blogs that are making $10 per month currently, and they go on saying: “This blog has the potential to make $4,000 per month easily!” If you knew this for certain you would not be selling the advertising space for such a low price. Know your numbers and provide accurate stats when offering advertising space.

4. Answer to every comment
Even if you write a crystal clear description people will still have questions, and they may ask them through your own advertising page comment section. It's important to answer to every single comment, as this will encourage other commenter's and readers to want to advertise on your blog, it will also improve the overall credibility of your blog and your advertising methods.

5. Have a plausible reason for advertising
One of the first things people will ask you is why you are advertising? If there is no plausible reason, they will rightly assume that the blog maybe a scam or simply a reason to make money, and that you want to get rid of it before it becomes worthless. In fact it would be a good idea to include the reason for advertising. You definitely need to find a good advertising campaign that fits with your blog. A one which doesn’t annoy your readers with ads that have nothing to do with you blog to. Displaying the wrong ads can be detrimental to your readership and eventually lower your traffic stats, so be careful when placing ads on your blogs to not annoy your readers.

Your niche should determine what advertising or monetisation techniques you want to use. There are some techniques that will only work for some niches and not for others. The more you grow your blog to accommodate it's readers the more people will trust your judgment and buy recommendations from you in the future. Get to know your blog, and get to know your readers and the ways to get traffic before you monetize. By providing nothing but free info with no ads, people will soak up your content and become loyal readers. This will allow you to build!

When the time comes to monetise your blog, you will know what people want and what ads you can make the most profit from. You can then target your readers and maximize profits.

Using Google's AdSense Program for Profit

Adsense is among the primary profit generators for blogs and sites. Usually you are able to drastically improve your click-through rate and total net by placing the advertisements wisely, by improving the material targeting or by optimizing the ad units directly. Below I will cover the last point, how to optimize the Adsense units with 8 simple tips:

1. The three top performing ad units are: 336×280 large rectangle, 300×250 inline rectangle and 160×600 wide skyscraper. Think about using those units if possible, but bear in mind that other formats would be more appropriate for your site design.
2. The more successful link color is blue. This info is connected with the roots of the Internet where all major sites used to feature blue links. We as buyers are used to this style of link and it works.
3. Aside from blue links you are able to also use a link color that matches the pattern of your site (i.e. if you use green links make the Adsense links of the same color).
4. As a general rule of thumb, blend (no border, same background) your Adsense units if your site has a light color scheme and contrast (border, contrasting background) the units if you're using a dark color scheme. The more organic you make the ads look, usually the better the click through.
5. If the advertisements are based within the content you should avoid using borders while advertisement units outside of the content can use borders to call attention.
6. If your site has mainly repeat visitors (like Forums) you are able to rotate the background color of the units to cut back advertisement blindness
7. Consider removing the “Advertise on this site” message from your units. That can be done on the control panel under the “My Account” section, disabling the “Onsite Advertiser Sign-Up” feature.
8. Test, test and test. Every website is unique so make sure you test with different colors and formats and track the results to fine tune your Adsense.

For a first time ad campaign, Google AdSense is a great way to get started and earn your first income. It’s easy to implement into WordPress with a plugin and runs itself; and depending on your niche you can earn a good income. However, using AdSense in the make money online niche will not earn as much as affiliate ads targeted to your readers. The payments I have experienced are a few dollars at most.

Build a One Page Sales Pitch

You are about to start an online business and you know it’s a great idea that promises great success. You’ve done your homework, you’ve crunched the numbers and you are ready to create your business plan. Now all you need is an investor, venture capitalist or lender to step up. But how are you going to make your business proposal stand out against the many others. How are you going to make your business plan get noticed?

You want to create a professional pitch page your business on a single page. Now we’ve called it a sales pitch and while technically it’s not a ‘sales pitch’ in a roundabout way it is – you want to sell investors on what you have to offer so that they are interested enough to read your entire business plan.

Your single page sales pitch can come in the form of your executive summary. Your executive summary is the last thing you write and the first thing they read. If you can’t capture their interest here, you will have lost your bid to capture their interest. So make sure you are getting potential investors and others who will read your business plan excited about your business, but remember you have to make sure you aren’t exaggerating or fluffing up the facts.

Instead focus on the most important facts that are in your business plan, present them in an appealing way, and point out whenever you have the opportunity why what you have is exciting and should tantalize investors. You can also create what’s called a professional pitch page.

Let’s have a look at what that page can include. This professional pitch page can be shared with investors, lenders, advisers and business partners.
Your pitch will let you highlight the following:
* Your company summary
* Any market problems
* Solutions
* Your established sales channels
* Marketing activities
* Your target market
* Your market size
* Your competition
* What is your competitive advantage
* Your funding requirements
* The big picture for your financial projections
* Your main milestones
* Your team members

If you had just 60 seconds to sell your business to investors, how would you do it? What would it look like? What would you say? When you are creating your professional pitch page keep this in mind. It will help you to focus and provide the most relevant information.

Online Business Plan – What’s The Right Business to Build

Don’t even consider creating your formal business plan until you are actually ready to use it. The business plan of today for online businesses is far less formal than it used to be and it is far more practical. Does each section of your business plan when you require it and don’t be too concerned about formalities?

Don’t confuse this with scrapping out your business plan completely, because online entrepreneurs still need to focus on whatever their ‘niche’ is and their plans for getting their business both off the ground and growing.

What’s in your business plan can change based on the current situation, what you will incorporate into your business plan won’t change. So in other words your final destination will remain the same but how you reach that destination can change.

Steps for Creating an Online Business Plan
The internet is an extremely powerful tool for all kinds of companies and it has certainly changed the kinds of companies that will prosper. There are four key reasons for an internet site:

1. Transactional
2. Content
3. Promotional
4. Relational

These apply no matter what kind of business you are operating. Remember that your business plan is alive – that blueprint is a living, breathing entity that can help you to navigate. It can help you to manage your business, help you find potential partners or investors, help you find lenders and others who can see your business plan and easily understand it.

Your business plan will need to include an executive summary, company overview, business offering, marketing plan and marketing analysis, strategy and implementation of that strategy, what your management team will look like, and finally your financial projections.

It’s important that you understand your online market and that you are able to clearly and concisely create a picture of what this will look like for those who will be reading your business plan and making decisions based on it, and who may not have a good understanding of online business opportunities.

Just because you are running, an online business or planning to start an online business does not mean that you do not need a business plan. Every viable business should have a business plan, even if they are not interested in gaining investment capital. This finely detailed plan will help you to navigate through the waters, and help you to not only get your business off the ground but also keep it successfully moving forward.

Online Business Plan Needs to Include Your Management and Financial Summary

You are creating your business plan for your online business and like all business plans there are a number of sections you need to put together to ensure you have a plan you can follow to keep your business on track and headed for successes. You may be surprised to learn that many business plans come up short in their management and financial summary. Perhaps this is simply because they are unsure.

Start by creating an outline of what type of experience you want to see your management team have. How many people you envision on your management team, the individual roles that they will have and what their responsibilities will be individually and as a team.

Think of the management summary as hiring resume where you can easily see the qualifications you are looking for, the work history of those that will be involved in the startup of your business. If it’s a smaller venture like so many online businesses are, you may have to wear many different hats yourself and improve your skills in some areas. You may not have the luxury of having many people on your management team and so in these instances, in addition to you having to have a wide range of skills, the people you do hire may have to be able to perform a broader range of tasks.

In addition to taking the time to outline what your management team will look like you need to also address any financing that you have put into place and that’s ready to go for your startup. Your working capital is critical to your startup. How much working capital you need will depend on your specific venture. Some companies have little to no stock on hand while others carry huge amounts.

Sales and revenues are established by you for the business plan; however, we all that these projections can be way off if the person creating the business plan isn’t being realistic, so try to keep it real. Your business plan is also going to establish how much capital you already have and what your operating costs will be.

What’s nice about an online business, is that if you don’t any sales yet so you can’t provide solid sales numbers, you can get your website up and running, go live, get things moving on the site in a practical way that’s closer to reality and then show the potential investors what you are making and what you’re spending.

Bottom line – make sure your business plan thoroughly details your management and financial needs.

Your Online Business Plan Must Measure the Market and Metrics

You are going to want to specifically focus on the users and your demographics that you plan to hit with your new online business and how your costs and price compare to what the market is currently willing to pay for the product or service you are going to offer. It’s here that you are going to take the time to make a list of your current competition along with what you feel they are doing correctly and what they are doing wrong. This is one of the most important sections for luring lenders and investors on-board with your plan. If you aren’t able to show that you have an idea that’s innovative and that you also have the marketing strategy to shoot you forward, you’ll have difficulty getting any investment interest.

In the business landscape today, your ideas need to also make sure to include social media strategies such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Your business personality needs to shine through here and if you know the magic to help this happen in social media, you are definitely on the right path. When you are able to locate influencers that’s how you will discover those people who are linked to what you have to offer or who can help you to identify the impact you will have on society.

Online entrepreneurs are lucky to be able to make use of metrics. This is something that businesses in the past did not have access to. This instantly lets you measure how your business is doing. It shows how successful you are in a very inexpensive and practical manner. These are very easy to obtain.

Sure, it’s nice to read what your online customers are saying; however, this does not tell you whether a person is actually buying the product you have to offer. The easiest and most effective way to measure success is by paying attention to how your business is performing with those individuals that you have already established a relationship with. This will give you some good feedback about just how effective your online business actually is.

It’s important that your business plan pays adequate attention to those marketing factors in combination with the use of metrics to ensure that your marketing is actually working the way you believed it would. Remember once you look at your metrics, this is a good time to ‘fine tune’ any necessary changes that you think you need to make.

Your Organization Breakdown in Your Online Business Plan

Your online business plan needs to make sure it addresses the management and administration structure – in other words your organization’s breakdown. Online businesses often have a simpler organization structure than a traditional business, but that’s not always the case, and it must be clearly defined.

You will need to cover the management structure and ownership of your business. It’s okay if one person fills a number of roles. Online businesses that are starting up often don’t have more than one or two people running the whole business.

During the startup period, the owner is not going to be receiving a paycheck or any benefits. Initially owner salaries are going to be figured out based on the profitability of the company but they should never be more than fifty percent of the profit of the business.

If the company is limited, there will be the distribution of shares among the owners. That could be one person, two people or more, but the breakdown needs to be included in the business plan so potential investors know and understand the business structure.

You will also need to include the managerial style that you plan to use. This should be broken out so that not just investors but business owners can stay on track and later compare.

* Communication - Communication will be mainly through, i.e. email, texting, oral, etc.
* Decisions Making - Who is going to be the final decision maker for all the decisions pertaining to your business.
* Project Management –There are different styles. You should define what style you are going to use. For example, all project management will be defined by the PMI PMBOK standards.
* Record Keeping – The company will use <insert accounting package name> to manage our financial records.

You will need to define the management structure. For example, Person A will be President, Director of Marketing, and Director of IT. Person B will be Director of Operations, Director of Finance. You are then going to define what the responsibilities are in each of those positions that a person holds. Be clear and concise when describing these roles, because you will be using this yourself in running your business.

The organization breakdown is going to look very different from one business to the next, so make sure that you take the time to properly define what your business organization is going to look like.

Pictures of people in ads attract more attention than those without.

Often, companies with a limited advertising budget would choose to create larger, more visible ads that restrict them to advertise less frequently. However, a more effective way is to run more frequently with smaller ads even though they may appear less visible. If your best seller is not an eye catching product or service, use an eye catching visual on the upper left and direct your reader to your actual ad elsewhere on the spread.

Work as a Virtual Assistant and Earn Money Online

The demand for virtual assistance is certainly on the rise. People that work as a virtual assistant can actually make a full time income online using skills that they already possess. The earnings will depend on who you are working for. Some sites do nothing but connect virtual assistants with clients. The most common method is through a bidding process.

You find a job that interests you and then you bid on it. What you bid will depend on the duties that are required. You will often bid on an hourly rate, although some jobs are flat rated. The hourly rates can vary from ridiculously low such as $2/hour to average $10/hour to higher $20/hour so search around.

Virtual assistants do all kinds of tasks. They can do research, schedule appointments, answer calls, post to social media, create reports, make phone calls, do bookkeeping tasks, and the list goes on. Different virtual assistant positions require different skills and so you should look to find a posting that matches your skills and what you like to do.

We all know how to answer a telephone, but you might not want to do that all day long, so don’t apply for virtual assistant jobs where phone answering is part of your duties. You should also make sure you ask lots of questions up front so you really do understand what’s expected of you.

The number of hours you work each day will depend on the job. Some clients want a virtual assistant for a couple of hours a day, while others are looking for someone full time and of course there’s everything in between. Some clients want someone as their virtual assistant once a week where others need someone every day.

Virtual assistants are the online version of a being an administrative assistant, secretary, receptionist, etc. These are real office jobs that are carried out in a virtual environment. That means you never have to dress up and head to the office. You must admit that has a fair bit of appeal all in itself.

Not all virtual assistant jobs are created equal, so you need to make sure you have all the details. Avoid vague job posts that are not clear about what it is they really need from you. Have your contract clearly outline your duties so that there can be no disputes occur. If you like working in an office environment you’ll love being a virtual assistant.

“Work 3 hours a month and earn a million.” “ I earned $400,000 in less than 12 months.”

Sounds pretty darn good doesn’t it? You can find these kinds of promises all over the internet. It’s filled with millions of promises and to someone eager to make their living online it can be a dangerous mine field to navigate. Of course, contrary to what this hype would like to tell you, if you would like to make a true income online, it requires you to be determined, persevere and work hard. There is no get rich quick method that works, but we’re going to share 4 ways that you can create an online income for yourself.

#1 Printing Digital Products
E-products are convenient and popular, but some people still prefer to have a printed copy of a book in their hand or a CD with the pictures or information on it. They like to be able to feel it, touch it, hold it. There are sites online that provide print as you go services, so you can offer the service, get things printed hassle free, and then return the finished product to your client.

#2 E-Books
Creating e-books or reports that a customer can download to their computer is a good place for any an e-infopreneur to begin. You can easily create a digital download. All you need to do is create the e-book or report and turn it into a PDF file, then take advantage of the many online providers that can sell your e-book for you such as Amazon or E-Junkie. This is a much easier option than creating a physical book, which requires you to invest in printing and then the distribution of that book. You will need to determine what is a profitable topic.

#3 Audio Products
Tons of people prefer to listen rather than read so consider an e-book that is also offered in an audio option. You can create a CD, MP3, or a podcast to offer to your customers. It’s fairly easy to create an audio using a service like Audioacrobat or some other similar service. It allows you to earn two income streams off of one product.

#4 Affiliate Advertising
Affiliate advertising can be a profitable form of online income if you have a blog already and now you want to start making money off of it. Some of the easiest ways to start generating affiliate advertising income is through sites like Google, Commission Junction or Clickbank. Affiliate advertising is performance based so you don’t earn any money until someone actually clicks on the link. You aren’t likely to get rich on this, at least early on, but it can provide another income flow option.

Here are 4 ways you can make a legitimate income online. There are others. Just avoid the sounds too good to be true offers, because they are.

How You Can Make Money With Online Sales

Are you ready to generate some extra income, perhaps even give up your day job and become an e-preneur. If you answered yes, chances are you are hunting for ways to make money online. There’s tons of scams so you need to be careful. There’s also tons of legitimate ideas that are either already flooded in the market or just don’t generate enough revenue to make it worth your time, so make sure you do your research. One thing that always seems to work is online sales. With the right product you can make money, with a really good product you can make tons of money and of course, with the wrong product you’ll make very little money, so make sure you do your groundwork before you jump in.

It starts by finding the product or service you are going to sell. Do your market research. Learn what’s in demand right now, see if the market has room for a new competitor and then consider how you can make yourself stand out from your competition.

Some entrepreneurs set up an online store to help expand a business that has a physical location. This way you can generate an increase in revenue. If you aren’t website design savvy, you can always hire someone to do it for you, or choose the services of one of the sites that is designed to allow anyone to design a website with absolutely no experience needed. However, you don’t have to have a physical store, you can run your online store as its own entity and have no physical location at all. Your stock can be stored in your home or if you are offering a digital service your stock is on your computer. You can make a full time living selling the right product online.

You can also create a virtual store. An online store and a virtual store are different. A virtual store sells virtual items, often from within online games and they make ‘cold hard cash.’ You create an avatar, set up shop and do business with other players. You can even advertise your real business if you like. It begins by finding a game that allows this type of store and then pay the fee to set it up. Once you are in, you have a lot of people within your reach from different locations and age groups. MMORPGS or massive, multiplayer online role playing games are a great place to set up this type of store.

If you are good at sales, like the environment related to selling, why not try your hand with an online store or virtual store.
